Addison and Addison

I like playing with my reflection...

I got a little distracted by the camera when Mommy brought it out, but after 30 seconds (the 30 second mark) I forgot all about her and went about playing with myself in the mirror... you can watch me studying myself - trying to get my reflection to do different things!

Uncle O's

On Friday night, we checked out Uncle Oliver's new place... I was asleep when we got there, but I woke up shortly after Daddy said "Wow, I can't believe Addi's been asleep this whole time!"... Murphy's Law, Daddy... you should know better!

It's a great looking house... There's a jungle room and even Selena has a room there!

The grown-ups had bbq and I ate one of my faves, Avocado... They ended the night earlier than they would have if I wasn't there (Sorry guys - it was way past my bedtime!).

Mommy was going to take a picture of me in Selena's room, but I fell asleep before she could do it!

Next time, na lang!

You have to be faster, Mama!

What happens when I grab a spoonful of baby food and rub it all over my face?

This:I was really really quick about it... I didn't even give Mommy anytime to say "NO"... but if you know my Mommy like I know Mommy, well... this was bound to happen!

Culture Day

On Thursday, Mommy, Tiyo Kevin and I went to the City to get cultured!

We took some pictures at Yerba Buena Park and we visited the MOMA... Here are some pictures of the day.

I play blinkies with Tiyo Kevin...
I can't quite do it on command, I have to do it by example.
I'm starting to do "Kissy kissy" by command... You just have to say "kissy kissy" and I'll make kissy noises.

We try "close open"
I still don't have that down yet... but it amuses me to watch other people open and close their hands!

Checking out the man made waterfalls...
It was REALLY loud - it was hard for Mommy to get my attention!

I love watching the water!

Here's lil old me in front of the big waterfall!

I had fun having Tiyo Kev carry me around like a princess...

Tiyo Kev bought a coffee right before we entered the museum.
No coffee allowed!
We had to sit and wait for him to finish his coffee...

I'm checking out the high 5 story ceiling!

Mommy went to the top floor and took a picture of us.
Tiyo Kev still hasn't finished his coffee!

From the second floor...
Mommy got my attention by yelling "Addi! Addi!" in the museum...
I have a feeling I'll have lots of embarrassing moments in the future with Mommy calling out my name like a madwoman!

I had lots of fun looking at the photos and art at MOMA... Mommy wore me in my Moby Wrap so I could see what she saw. I think the best part of the Museum was talking and playing with the security guards... One even played peek a boo with me! I was such a ham!

On the way home (on bart), I was pretty delirious... I giggled and jumped around - calling for everyone's attention! It was past my bedtime! I fell asleep in Mommy's arms while we walked home from the BART station (Addi fell asleep in less than 2 minutes!)

Grandma Lyn's Birthday!

We celebrated Grandma's birthday on Monday at Kincaid's Restaurant in Oakland. It's a nice restaurant by the water. I was very happy because as soon as I woke up from my nap, I got to sit on Grandma's lap the entire time! I didn't have to sit in my infant seat!

Here I am with Grandma... not my most flattering angle, but I've been putting on the poundage recently!

This one's a little better, but I've still got a double chin!

Grandma feeds me spinach and potatoes... yummy!

Grandpa Trev, Tiyo Kev, Grandma Lyn and I have an interesting conversation.

Happy Birthday Grandma Lynne!

Berkeley on Sunday

We met Tiyo Kev at Church on Sunday morning. I was asleep during the music and singing, but I woke up as soon as it was quiet. I played with the people behind me (as usual!), but this time we had people that didn't mind being a little distracted...

Daddy wanted to show us around his old campus... we never made it to the Engineering side of campus because it was really cold and windy that day!

Tiyo Kev takes a picture of me and Daddy in the stadium.

I gingerly sit my bum down after Daddy tries to stand me up.

Look at my Cal shirt, daddy!

We were having lots of fun!

Sitting in the Bleachers!
Can't wait to see a Bears game!

Sitting pretty.

Cheesin' for the camera!

Let's get out of here, Daddy!

Checking out Upper Sproul.

Mommy says I'm going to have a lot pictures with this face when I'm a teenager...
My "Don't take my picture!" face

But for now,
I'll continue cheesin' for the camera!

I was pretty giggly...
must be close to my naptime!

kissing my Daddy

Trying to eat Mommy's lips!

Saturday with Uncle Josh and Auntie Christina...

Mommy and Daddy had to attend a Church Marriage Preparation (8 hour) class on Saturday (James and I think this was the best thing ever and we totally recommend it to anyone and everyone... especially if you're married already!). They dropped me off at Grandma and Grandpa's house at 7:30am, so I could spend the morning with Uncle Josh and Auntie Christina. We had a lot of fun! Uncle Josh and Auntie Christina said it was easy! Grandma Lynne came back from her girl's weekend in Vegas and took care of me until Daddy and Mommy came to pick me up.

I had some issues later on that night... I was backed up and really frustrated that I couldn't go... Poor me!

Berkeley with Tiyo Kev

On Friday, April 4, Mommy, Tiyo Kev and I made a trip to Berkeley... Tiyo Kev has been to Berkeley before, but he's never checked out the campus...

Mommy and I were waiting for Tiyo Kev...
I bet you didn't know I was in the Moby wrap while Mommy took this picture!

Can you see Tiyo Kev?

Mommy takes a picture of me again!
It was a little chilly today, so I'm all bundled up!

After checking out the campus, we walked to Zachary's pizza and ate them at Grandma and Grandpa's place... We hung out with Uncle Josh, Auntie Christina and Grandpa Trevor - but we ended the night a little early because we all had to get up early the next day...

Happy Birthday Grandma Lynne!

Just wanted to wish my Grandma a Happy "milestone" birthday!

Which milestone, you ask? A lady never tells!

I'm a persistant lil' bugger!

You can't fool me!
If I want something, I'll try my hardest to get it!

Mommy thought she could outsmart me by getting one of those bowls with a suction bottom to stick to my high chair tray. I love to play with bowls and sometimes they'll end up upside down on the floor, so Mommy thought this bowl would keep me happy and stay off the floor...
