4th in San Diego

Here are pictures from the 4th of July weekend in San Diego.
Mommy had to study, so she stayed behind... Daddy will have to post stories from this trip... (coming soon!)

Farewell Party for the Ignacio's

Mommy and Auntie Jo were lucky enough to share their pregnancies together - Amerie and I are only 2 days apart! They moved before we were born and now they're moving even farther away! I wish things were different and we lived closer together!

with our Mommies!

Trying to get all the kids together!

Finally

This is for those of you that didn't think Mommy would get her license before 30...

Ryan's Ride 2009

On June 28, Daddy and I headed over to Burlingame for Ryan's Ride, a Bike Race to raise money to fund cancer related programs. It's for pros and kids under 12... I think I'll do it next year!

Samantha's Birthday Party

A little small, don't you think?

I was in a silly mood and I wanted to try on this dress that's WAY too small for me... I wore it almost two years ago, and it still fits! haha, barely! We couldn't zip it up...

Decorating my apron

Ninang Trae bought me some aprons and fabric paint for my birthday and here I am trying it out! I loved squirting the paint out and getting it all over my apron. I also got paint all over my table and this shirt... it now looks like the shirt of an artiste! I love it!

Happy Father's Day 2009!

Father's Day 2009 - we made the trek up to Sacramento to celebrate Father's Day. It's always nice to see my cousins! Daddy wore his "Father's Day" shirt, which he vowed to wear every Father's Day even if it no longer fits him!

Going to School!

I started going to "school" in June. I was excited to meet my teachers and new friends. Mommy and Daddy were worried about leaving me on my first day, but I didn't even cry! It wasn't until the next day that I realized what was actually going on here and I cried... and the next day I cried... eventually I stopped crying at drop off and I enjoyed myself! I always talked about my friends and teachers, and everyday I come home with a new art project. This school thing isn't too bad!

My new lunch bag! I picked it out myself!

Eating cereal at school...

I'm making an octopus!

Welcome Bautista's and Flores'!

It was nice to finally welcome the Cruzada-Flores-Bautista's over to this side of the border! We didn't know, but it was supposed to be a surprise party... the surprise wasn't totally given away, but enough was said for Auntie Renn to expect to see cousins there!
